 3. Ticket Refund Policy

3.1. Tickets can be cancelled and refunded, subject to the following conditions:

3.2. If you wish to cancel your ticket and receive a refund, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event.

3.3. Refunds for cancelled tickets will be processed as follows:

• 50% of the ticket price will be refunded if the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the event.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
