Terms and Conditions for Event Tickets
1. Ticket Purchase and Usage
1.1. By purchasing tickets for events hosted on this platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2. Tickets are non-transferable and are only valid for the individual(s) named on the ticket.
1.3. Ticket holders must present a valid photo ID along with their ticket for entry to the event.
2. Ticket Resale
2.1. Clients are strictly prohibited from reselling tickets for cash. Ticket resale is only allowed through authorized channels and platforms, as specified by the event organizers.
2.2. Any tickets found to be resold for cash will be considered void, and entry to the event will be denied without refund.
3. Ticket Refund Policy
3.1. Tickets can be cancelled and refunded, subject to the following conditions:
3.2. If you wish to cancel your ticket and receive a refund, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event.
3.3. Refunds for cancelled tickets will be processed as follows:
50% of the ticket price will be refunded if the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
3.4. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@painaksie.co.za with your order details.
4. Event Venue Terms
4.1. In addition to these terms and conditions, all ticket holders must comply with the terms and regulations set forth by the event venue. Any violations of these terms may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund.
4.2. Event venues may have specific rules regarding dress code, behavior, prohibited items, and more. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to familiarize themselves with and adhere to these venue-specific terms.
5. Event Cancellation
5.1. In the rare event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the event organizer, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
5.2. Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled events will be provided as per the organizer's policies, which may vary for each event.
6. Liability
6.1. The event organizers, Shopify, and the event venue shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property that may occur during the event.
6.2. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings while attending the event.
By purchasing tickets and attending events through this platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Event organizers and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
